First Christian Church Of Herrick works to preach and teach the Word of God for transformed lives that are pleasing to God and rewarding to those that have learned to embrace that.

We also look to encourage those that have yet to know the loving grace of God to get into His Word and get to know Him as a loving Father of us all.

Sometimes people have questions that they cannot find the answer to on their own, but in knowing God and His will they might come to a better understanding if not the entire answer.

We are here for everyone and not just an exclusive club where only official members can join in.

If you have questions or just need someone to talk with stop on by the office during business hours or come on to church Sunday mornings we would be glad to have you join us.  Also I am available at the numbers listed and if I do not answer right away just leave a message and I will get back to you.

We support the work of Living Alternatives Pregnancy Resource Centers.  Primarily the office located in Shelbyville, IL, but also the organization as a whole for the work they do with young pregnant women in showing them other options and supporting them through this hard time.  They share the love of Christ with all the people that walk through their doors and we support that in any way we can.

Currently they are having a baby bottle drive where you load your spare change in a baby bottle which is in turn donated to Living Alternatives.  If you are interested in taking part in this you can call us here at the church and we would be glad to help you out with that.  We have until Feb 19th to get them turned in so we hope you would like to help out for this worthwhile cause.
